Invotronics, Inc. Forms Exclusive Partnership with Eagle Harbor Holdings, LLC for the Manufacture and Distribution of Next Generation Vehicle Infotainment Systems.
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- 11/30/2010 - - Invotronics Inc. announced today that it has entered into a partnership with Eagle Harbor Holdings, LLC (EHH) as the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of products incorporating EHH’s patented technologies related to the automotive industry. The exclusive partnership will allow for the commercialization of EHH’s Infotainment, Telematics and Autosar patent portfolio through the sale of electronic modules and products to the automobile manufacturers and suppliers.
